  Take out the "references available..." at the bottom. Where is your education section? Where is your skills section? That info you have at the beginning should be under a skills section. It's just sitting there all by itself with no heading. Your intro needs work. Format in general needs work.

  Under skills, you list Microsoft XP as software; it is an operating system. It's not necessary to put "references available on request" on your resume. Leave it off. Your Education section needs some rewording and reformatting. Your verb tenses are incorrect. You need a date for your Associate degree from ITT.
