With limited previous management experience, even an MBA graduate will have a hard time earning $100,000 out of the box. Your resume needs a bit of work. Make sure you explain in your cover letter how all of your past work experience qualifies you for the General Manager position.

Since you have extensive specialized work experience, you might be better served by separating your accomplishments from your "Professional Skills" section and placing those accomplishments as a highlight of the corresponding past position.

There are some formatting issues with your qualifications. You want to use a present tense when listing qualifications to ease your prospective employer into envisioning how you can work in their company. Make sure you are prepared to explain in an interview why you have such frequent job changes. Good luck!

A good start but this should not go out to an employer as it is. There are some serious, "fatal" flaws here. You are obviously just starting out in your working life and have limited experience, but you still need to emphasize what you have done and how it relates to what you are applying for.

Emphasize YOU more! You have relevant qualifications and experience for the type of field you wish to work in, make it clear. Rework your objective to pull some of the skills you have learned from education and experience that a social service organization would value. Bring the reader's eye to your degree name and your past position titles, not your college name or your past employers. Good luck!
