I recommend you get in touch with Lucas Group or another junior military officer recruiting firm. There's no obligation if you get them to start helping you find a job. Plus, they have some good sample resumes of prior military officers. You have some great experience. I think it would show more to an employer if your resume was more succinct and consistent throughout. Don't waste words. Try to keep your bullets to one or two lines max.
