  I think your layout looks great! You should expand on your work experience and try to list accomplishments or major contributions made at each company.

  You should try to shorten your resume. Not necessarily to one page, but you could fit all of the pertinent info on two pages. I think the "contact information" section is unnecessary. I also think the "Objective" should be removed or made more specific. Looks like you have very strong qualifications and experince, it is just a bit difficult to decifer on your resume.
