You have a broad range of experiences which could serve your next employer well. I think to sum up your work experience, you could position yourself as providing superior customer service both to your computer clients as well as your golf customers. It's difficult for me to know which type of job you're looking for so my overall suggestion would be to tighten that up either by having an objective section or maybe even changing your job titles. Rather than say Hardware Technician you could say PC Helpdesk for example.

Selecting every country, every career field, every location, every school, every major, every group and every salary language turns the reviewer off right away. It looks desperate and unfocused.

I liked the recommendations on the side - I hadn't seen that before. I'd be concerned that it takes up valuable real estate though so many just highlight a few words rather than their entire quote? Working with a recruiter, I used the format PAR for my resume accomplishments which seems to work. It makes it easy for the reader to imagine that your experience is transferrable into their environment. PAR stands for Problem, Action (taken by you) and Result. The village was burning so I took a fire hose to it and saved all the villagers. :-)
