It looks really nice, but I'm a little confused as to what happened where. I understand your conceptual breakdown of marketing and engineering, but I'm not sure if it adds value to your brand. I think you've done a great job of identifying a few successes ($100K revenue, communicate more efficiently) but that theme is not carried through on all of your positions listed.
