Overall I think you're moving in the right direction, but there's a lot of room for improvement. Try looking at some top rated resumes in your fields of interest of ideas of how to improve your format and content. Also, I'd suggest listing a GPA if above 3.0 and moving your skill section to the bottom. Lastly, you need a lot more detail in your bulleting language. For example "tutor for German students" makes your resume look like a draft, not something you'd want to send out to recruiters.
