Overall, this is an excellent resume. The format is clear and the content is increasingly detailed from top to bottom. Given the number of potential career fields selected, I suggest working on your career focus and then tailor your resume accordingly. I agree, this is an excellent resume, nice work. You can make some minor improvements, but overall it's ready to be seen by recruiters. If only more people could write resumes like you can.
This is a great start. I would consider incorporating more specific skills. Unless you want to do exactly what you have done, you'll need to highlight the skills you've used in these positions to help the reader identify exactly what you can do for them.

Dut99002, your work experiences are outstanding. You've laid out your experiences yet I'm not sure what you can do as a consultant. For example, you wrote that you "conducted strategic analysis for human capital study..." but this doesn't identify what you are able to do as a consultant instead it is implied. Might be helpful to identify your abilities rather than have the reader imply that you have the skills. I.E. "Analyze information and formulate comprehensive strategies to improve productivity.. " Good luck.
