You should revise this significantly if you'd like it to help you get a job! Take a look at some samples (I have some on my site) for format ideas - you don't list addresses of employers, for example. Also, listing personal interests is iffy, but certainly not at the top of a resume. Unfortunately, noting your 25 years of experience is not likely to be a strong advantage.
