You mentioned the 2 year gap, I dont believe this will be a problem as long as recruiters know your reason.
Consider moving your dates and locations to the right, it will fill the page better.
Change this to "Work Experience"
Your sub-bulleting causes problems with the flow of your resumes. Stay with one set of bullets and try limiting the amount of detail you provide for each position.
It looks like you worked for yourself here, provide more credibility for this position--add a company name, even if you were self-employed
Again try to limit the level of detail here, but good job quantifying your experience, it would be nice to see more of that.
Move this above computer skills
Either add more industry specific applications youre familiar with, or consider removing this section.
Again, consider providing only the most important work experience and limiting your resume to 1 page.

Robert, nice work with your resume. First impression, you might want to consider a 1 page resume that focuses on your core experience most applicable to the jobs you are applying for. To reach 1 page consider reformatting. Take a look at some top rated resumes on Razume for an idea of formats that really look more professional and fill the page. If you don't want to go with 1 page, at least keep your formatting consistent and move your education above computer skills. See my comments, and best of luck.

MOre details on education. Format to include more details. Keep verb tense the same. Ex) under vonage- use handled and trained.
