Crystal Colette Thompson 121 Barclay Drive • Nutley, NJ 07110 • colettethompson@msn.com • (302) 367-5027 ¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Dear Razume Representative: I would like to transition my medical device sales experience, my solid biomedical science background and my biomedical pricing experience into the medical sales position. As an Account Manager for Abbott Laboratories in the former Hospital Products Division, I have a track record of establishing clinical and executive management level relationships required to reach revenue goals. I have developed the ability to identify and capitalize market opportunities to accelerate expansion and increase profit. Likewise, I have been recognized as the Top Salesperson through multiple awards and accolades. Moreover, graduate education in Instructional Design enhances my ability to implement and deliver customer oriented sales presentations and in-service training programs. Furthermore, my biomedical pricing experience in both the pharmaceutical, and medical device industry expanded my business analytical skills and provided extensive opportunities to manage projects, demonstrate leadership skills and present financial information. I am confident that my business acumen coupled with my core competencies, as it relates to selling strategies, negotiating skills, product training, consultative selling skills, customer relationship building, and territory management will enable me to make immediate and long term contributions to any medical sales organization. Thank you for your review and consideration. Regards, Crystal Colette Thompson

Crystal, although you have outstanding academic and work experience credentials, I would suggest you keep your resume to 2 pages. Depending on where you send your resume, some recruiters will be receptive to longer resumes, where others will not. Additionally, writing a two page resume will help you focus on your core competencies, which need to be identifiable to employers at first glance. Unfortunately, your experience is highly specialized, so I cannot provide highly detailed comments. None the less, I suggest you request feedback from colleagues in your field by using the "email this resume" box to the right of your resume. Best of luck.
