Version 1.1

Many people objected to the format of the dates, and how its not consistent. My argument is that, I am using the the date format needed for each entry. For example, for school semesters I mention the semester name and the year, Spring 08 For graduation: the month of graduation: Summer 09 For work experience and activities: The start and end date of the thing. I would truly appreciate a reasonable counter argument, if possible.

Note
As mentioned, keep it consistent.
Note
Also consider removing this section, its best saved for your cover letters.
Note
Excellent job quantifying your resume! Recruiters will quickly ID these impressive items.
Note
Keep one format for presenting your dates, what you have below is good.
Note
A lot of blank space here.
Note
Might as well make these bullets as well.
Note
I would keep this line in the present tense since you are still holding this position. I believe its acceptable to leave the other lines since you are quantifying accomplishments.
Note
What position did you hold at this firm? Titles are always important.
Note
Its a good idea to keep the formatting of the dates consistent throughout the resume.
Note
I would advise not to keep the location formatted in the same manner as the company name. You might also want to move it to a different area.

Payam, interesting post regarding date format. As a person who has reviewed many resumes for a large financial firm, I can tell you that it simply looks less professional to have mixed date formats. Most recruiters will not consider the exact dates for each item you have on your resume. Instead, recruiters will scan your resume and see that it's sloppy. That being said, I'd suggest stay with one format. On my resume I use YYYY-YYYY (ie: 2007-2008). Sometimes it's best to go with a simple, easily identifiable format. I hope you find that counter argument useful.

Your qualifications are very impressive. However, there are some minor formatting issues with your resume that may limit your marketability. Other than that, it looks great!
