For 1 year of post graduate work experience, this resume is too long. Try to get it to one page. I know that you have a lot to detail but I dont want to sit down and read a book. Thats what the interview is for
Maintain the same date format throughout the resume. Your educational dates are on the right and everything else is on the left....makes it a bit hard to see your chronological progression
I dont see how this information adds value. Most IT recruiters should know what a Database Programmer does. This is a bit redundant and makes the resume longer than it needs to be
Your accomplishments dont need to be in a subheading of their own.
Make this stuff more results driven. Why and who did you do it for? That is what I really want to know.
I dont really think you need the summery, you can save that for a cover letter.
You should list your GPA if over 3.0
Rather than having a separate section, try incorporating your quantified experience into your bullet points. It will help you focus on the most important accomplishments/tasks.
Again, your format can look more professional. I suggest looking at some top rated resumes?
Try using traditional bullets, it will look more professional.
Again, try to incorporate this language into bullet points. it makes it much easier for recruiters, like myself to skim.
Doesnt add value to your resume for looking for a IT job. I would ditch this stuff
if you are applying for a database position, only include relevent experience to that position. Here just say "managed database for school with 200 users"If the job you want involves working directly with users then include that you worked with users on training or support.
If Im hiring a database guy I dont really care about working in a lab during school since it doesnt apply directly to the job. It may come up in the interview, but this section isnt adding anything.
All this information is important but I would see a way to present it that decreases the amount of space spent on it.
Wow, you have exellent skills! Although youre very skilled, try to summerize what you know based upon a specific employer. If you work as a consultant, it might be best to keep all of your skills showing.

I'm not an IT guy, so I wouldn't be the best source on content but your format needs some work. A lot of recruiters glance at a resume and then move to the next. Your resume needs to be formatted in a way that they can read it and get the information. I will leave it to others to look at content
I agree with Ruthless, you need some work on your format. I suggest going with 2 pages, and cutting out some experience if needed. Focus on what's important to a potential employer. Unlike most of the resumes on Razume, you have more than enough description, try to tighten things up a bit.
"as well as" should be excluded everywhere.
Generally I can't tell what YOU did vs what the projects and teams did you were involved with. You might include specific database modifications you were tasked with or which reports you generated. People need details to latch on to a candidate.
it would be safe to take out your very early work experience because your current job experience is much more valuable
