Since you have a recent degree, you should highlight it. Put your education higher up on your resume.
Dont include your GPA. Though you have a great GPA, if another applicant applies and has a higher GPA than you, its an immediate quantitive comparison. You want them to focus on your objective, your degree and your experience.
Its a given that youll give them references. No need to mention that you have them.
Change the name of this section, or at least change the order and put "Leadership" first. Mayce change it to "Memberships and Related Activities"?
Objectives and listing skills sets is not what I-banking recruiters want to see. They already know what the objective is...to get a job. Drop both because your education and experience is what is going to get you an interview.
You come from what is deemed a non-target school. Most i-banks will require a 3.7 GPA if you are not from an Ivy or top tier public/private
What did you bring to these organizations that can be characterized as leadership? What was the impact that you had that took the organization to new heights?
Implied already. Drop this and utilize it to add more to experience and education
Move to under education
Remove or move to the bottom. It is implied that you know how to use most of this because we are a recent accounting graduate.
Location? Also you need more action driven descriptions of your tasks. What was the finished product? Did you save a client money? Did you resolve an issue that allowed a transaction to process?
Combine
Keep your GPA, finance is all about quantifying your resume, use as many numbers to represent your experience as possible!
Your font choice is not bad, but the flow of your resume needs major work. See top resumes for examples.
Combine under "Work Experience", try to list another position if possible.
Combine under "Computer Skills" or Skills.
Objective does not add value to your resume. Save this langauge for your cover letters.
Not needed.

Contrary to Amy's review, I think you need a lot of work if you want to break into i-banking. I would suggest looking at other top resumes and copying their format. I'm not coming down harsh on your resume in general, but compared to what recruiters look for in investment banking...you are a tough sell. Most top-tier banks are looking for superstars and your current resume doesn't imply that you are one. You need to add items and details that convey you are a leader. Good luck.
Khawar, I agree with Ruthless, need some work, specifically on the order of your resume. Take a look at some top rated resumes on Razume for suggestions. The flow of your resume is off. Consider using the following order: Work experience, education, Leadership/ Accomplishments, Computer Skills. Also, use the blast box at the bottom to request reviews from others' working in Investment banking. They can provide some useful advice. Best of luck, repost when you've made some edits!
Dude why cover up where you worked? Looks like you had some good (acquisition related) experience. Also, some of your credentials are very strong, however, putting emphasis on your auditing skills and arabic...are not that important. But i still rate your resume very high.
