Move dates to the right side, by location, or next to your title in parentheses. On the left makes it look like a timeline, but because some of the dates overlap, it may be a little bit disorienting to someone who is quickly scanning through resumes.
Make sure your header stands out from other resumes. "Brand" your resume so that it sticks in the mind of the employer.

There is nothing much to say about your Resume...It is already almost THE RESUME. However you could put your Head Titles "COMPUTER SKILLS..." in bold...
