I am not an expert, but here are my 2 cents:
1. You can re-align your address info to appear in one line. that will give you some real estate on page 1.
2. you can reduce activities that are trivial for your job function and add achievements to each job.
Smaller font and all fits to 1 page.
Bit too heavy on responsibilities (no achievements) with the bullets.

your dates are off and i don't think you need to have bullets for your education.
