Adjusted - Version III

I know it's a bit longer but I tweak it accordingly. Tell me your opinions! PS, it keeps formatting weird, I'm trying to fix it.

Note
If your Cumulative GPA or Major GPA are above 3.3 you should include that here.
Note
Maybe name a company or two here. Freelance is hard to define. Maybe write about your most prestigious position, and then about how you worked with a variety of other companies increasing your exposure or something to that effect.

Too many words, condense and focus

Very nice. Try renaming employment history to work experience. Then add a few achievement -oriented bullets, where you use numbers as a metric. Leadership does not need "roles" in it. Format is very nice.

Thanks! I have just renamed Work Experience and Leadership but I'm not sure what you mean by 'add a few achievement -oriented bullets, where you use numbers as a metric.' Can you clarify please?

Eg. when you were a sales associate. If you could provide a statistic that you improved sales by XX%, or in any job saved XX$ of employers money by implementing whatever... These are loved by recruiters. Dollar amounts, percentages etc. are universal language.

Or awards, quality of service, customer feedback...

You need to reformat this, and cut down on some of your spaces in between sections. Get rid of some of your bullets and focus them to one line items. Give the screener something to focus on, by providing specific names of programs and actions you took. If possible add your GPA.

Regarding cjslax6: I wouldn't reformat, but other comments are helpful.
