For each work history item, list achievements in bullet form. Try to have more bullets for the most recent position, and fewer going down, that shows career progression.
Consider a different format, look at some top rated resumes for examples.

The format could use some work, but it's otherwise a good resume. I would focus on removing the profile section and putting your work history items in bullets. It's hard to read blocks of text, bullets work more effectively.
