You can combine skills and certifications into a single section. Put that at the end. Youve got good experience, and that should do the "talking".
Put some space between these sections. Theyre crammed together and it makes the whole thing look like a big wall of text. If youre butting up against the second page, try dropping the font size down a notch or two.

It looks like you've got some good experience here. But you'll need to do some work to make your resume a bit easier to read at a glance. I've included some specific suggestions on the resume itself. But here's the gist of it: You should find a way to make your bullet points punchier.
One way you could make them better is by making the descriptions more concrete. That is to say, for your Apex-Time Warner job, the second point could read "Logged XX daily requests to support and billing systems". Or maybe include some info about what logging included.
I would eleborate more on what special projects you may have worked on. Perhaps move the IT Skill set to highlight your achievements.
