Stephen Matteo

After nearly 11 years, I am no longer the Publicity Manager of Barron's. While I had worked for a New York-based, book publishing company as a Publicity Manager for nearly 11 years, I bring much more to any potential employer. I am the author of two books and have contributed articles to a wide variety of publications. Previous to working for Barron's, I also worked in sales and marketing in the computer, printing and graphic arts industries.

Stephen, I must admit that I am impressed by your resume, however have you found it difficult to find work [perhaps considered overqualified] and what fields are you looking in? I am planning on moving to NY w/ the objective of continuing my career in PR/Promotions/Marketing and would appreciate any insight you may have.
