Note
make sure your city and state are on one line
Note
I know nothing about real estate management. But i can understand facts and figures. Quantifying is a good way of helping others not in the field to understand
Note
Here you have square feet, below you have s.f. pick one a and be consistent.
Note
Keep it on one line
Note
Ive put my contact info in the header of the document.Inserted a section break at the end of the first page. And unlinked the headers between the first and second page. This creates a contact info section on the first page of your document and every additional page there after can contain your name. e.g.header first pagejohn smith123 south avesomewhere,nv 90210header every other pagejohn smithive dropped/shuffled resumes before and if your second, third, etc page doesnt say who you are.... i throw it out. If your not good with word i guess leave it how it is.
Note
I like your format a lot.

Note
remove quotes.
Note
above square feet here s.f.
Note
keep it on one line
Note
see header section on first page. I dont know who this is if i look at just this page
Note
page numbers are useful if you go to a 3 or 4 page resume. Word an insert page numbers just be sure to skip the first page.
Note
dates are out of order. The last seems to be a certificate? if thats the case, maybe you can put it in a seperate heading for continuing education or something to that affect. otherwise order them like you did your work history

Well done, add more action verbs to your text. Also try and keep it to one page if possible.
