If this is a present position, change the wording to present rather than past tense.
An employer cannot make an employment decision based on your residency, only that you are able to work in the United States. I understand that you are trying to confirm that you ARE authorized to work in the United States, but you should not specify your citizenship at this point. There is nothing in your resume that indicates you might not be authorized to work in the United States, so I would leave it out entirely and your employer will confirm either during an interview or with an I-9 when you are hired.
