Good bullet, but it is written a bit awkwardly. How about "Maintained a Microsoft Sharepoint portal for CSTC-A which gave the entire staff access to information requests and directives."
Nice, quantified bullet, but its in the present tense.
How about "managed all aspects of the USO center..."
Probably should split this into two bullets.
This bullet should be listed more as a responsibility rather than an accomplishment.
I think theres a better description for the Infantry PL job. Maybe "trained and led a 40 man combat infantry platoon capable of worldwide deployment..."

I recommend you get in touch with Lucas Group or another junior military officer recruiting firm. There's no obligation if you get them to start helping you find a job. Plus, they have some good sample resumes of prior military officers.
You have some great experience. I think it would show more to an employer if your resume was more succinct and consistent throughout. Don't waste words. Try to keep your bullets to one or two lines max.
