Note
Consider keeping the date/location format the same for each section. Justify all to the right, it will make your resume read more smoothly.
Note
Personal choice, I like "Work Experience" better here, but professional experience works too.
Note
Your bullet points are a little long. You should only have one sentence per bullet point, otherwise, it starts looking like paragraphs, which is hard to read during a quick scan. Consider quantifying your bullet points some as well.
Note
Also, notice how each section is about the same size/ # of bullets. Your most recent position should include more bullets and your oldest position the least. Visually it shows progress. On the content side, recruiters will want to know more about your most recent position and less about older positions.
Note
If youre writing your resume in english, its assumed you know the langauge. Unorthodox to see that on a resume. Unless youre applying for jobs where english is a second language, you shouldnt put this in your skills section.
Note
Be careful what level you put for these languages. Keep in mind you might get tested, to be prepared to back up your listed skills! Ive seen people run into trouble with the "intermediate" Spanish when they interview with a fluent Spanish speaker.
Note
Something else I just caught. You need to have everying in past tense. Even if youre still in the position. Your bullet points should reflect achievements. Of course of you acheived something for an organization, its already been done. Just standard, but important.
Note
This is big. Once youve graduated, move education below work experience. Besides, you have great work experience, make sure you show that first--thats why theyre going to hire you over the other Int Affairs grads!
Note
Try to be a little more descriptive of your skills. Avoid assist, responsible for...These are not very descriptive or specific. Incorporate more of your skills and accomplishments to show readers how you can assist them.
Note
You only need a graduation date here. Also, consider moving your education to the bottom at this point. Think about incorporating a skills or highlights section to grab the readers attention.

It's a bit like a game of comparison, but I've figured out the differences between each of your three resumes. Third one includes course work, first one has different date/location formatting. Of the three, I think this one is the best. I have a few general comments for you, but I suggest you request a few reviews from experts in your field. Overall, your resume looks really good. I'm sure you'll land the job you're looking for.

Some great experience here. Try to make better use of skills and describe accomplishments. Vary your language and be more descriptive. I'm happy to help. Miriam Salpeter Keppie Careers www.keppiecareers.wordpress.com
