Consider removing this entire section, or at least the bullet points below. Im personally not a fan of objectives or summaries as ones resume is already enough of a summary, but its up to you. Goal should be to increase focus on your work hestory esp Bell south positions.
Consider making this section Skills only. Focus on hard skills: computer, langauge, possibly writing etc.
Take a look at some top rated resumes to see how people disclose published works. Your work is impressive, but you might be able to present it differently.

Elanie, very professionally written resume. Nice work. I have a few comments which you can see. Mostly, I think you need to put more emphasis on your Work experience, rather than summary. Bellsouth Corp M&A experience looks very impressive, that was the first thing that jumped out at me. If you have time, be sure to share you knowledge by reviewing other resumes on Razume. Looks good. A few minor edits suggested in text. Grey highlighted bullet is a bit too text rich - consider breaking them down a bit.
