Consider a shorter Objective type statement here or removeing this section. Let recruiters focus on your work history, that will ultimately get you the job or not.
Nice work quantifying your resume. Try to show more of that in your bullets.
Solid technical skills. Having these at the bottom of your one page resume will look very good.
Tsing, consider going for a one page resume here. Although you have quality experience behind you, you will get much better results with a clear, concise one page resumes. Additionally, consider removing or reducing the text in your highlights section. Your resume is a summary, therefore it does not require an additional summary at the top. Just my two cents. Best of luck and keep us posted on your progress by commenting back below your resume.
Thanks so much for your review. That's been my problem all along - getting this to one page. I feel I have so much experience and so little space to list it all. I just started my search in February for a job and have had two interviews but many companies return responses that they will NOT be forwarding my resume along so I've been trying to figure out if they are using resume readers and/or maybe I'm not hitting on the right words. I will try reformatting as suggested and see if I can get to one page. Thanks again
Because you have so much experience, you would probably have more luck than others with less experience in targeting your resume to the job description. Not only would that allow you to tailor your experiences to the specific needs of your potential employer, but it can also help you cut out extraneous bullet points and get down to one page.
