Your in college now. High school information is no longer a selling point unless you went to a top school (Andover, etc.)
What is the difference between experience and employment? This seems like just a list of stuff...explain more in depth what you did and why you did it. Also, rename it "Work Experience"
Did you attend LeaderShape? If so, say that you attended. Being invited is great, but that means nothing
Being selected is great. Are you involved in this more than just being selected..if so, highlight that
More listing. Pick a few key activities here and go more indepth about your involvement.
Great school!
Combine and clean these sections up to be included in one section work experience or something similar. Although not all of the top experience is for pay, its best to show a single section of practical experience. All other items can go into Activities/Leadership below
Add your skills section to the bottom. Focus on hard skills specific to your career path.
Be sure to remove your high school items. General rule, after your first semester in college, high scholl should go.
I personally think that your Outward Bound trip sounds great, but do you think recruiters would like to see this in experience or activities? Think about what they want.

Took a quick glance and it needs a bit of work. I suggest taking a look at other top resumes to get a feel for how to convvey information with resume real estate......best of luck!
Jdolfin, nice work here with your resume. I agree with Ruthless, you need to remove high school information, even though you just started college. For a 2011 grad, you have a good start on your work experience, but need to gain more real-world internships in consulting or engineering. Your Work experience section should be your focus for growth in the near future. See my other comments left. Best of luck and be sure to share your knowledge with others.
This is a great resume for a start. Make sure you get a lot of internship experience to throw in there as well.
