Overall, this is a great resume! The format could be better and you could have more detail for each of your descriptions for your work experience. Additionally, you should quantify your resume more. You have a technical background, so make sure you describe your skills in terms of $ amounts, hours worked, and number of employees you've trained. Numbers speak volumes to recruiters and are easily identified. It's clear that you know what your doing with your resume. Recruiters will see this. You should make sure to share your knowledge with other members of the Razume community, you could be one of our top raters! Again, great resume!

If you are applying for a business analyst role, than your resume is on track. I'm not sure that your 1980-1990 experience helps your resume. Your resume does not do a good job of showing progression. What I mean, is that if you think about it this way in 1980 you were an operations analyst, and then today 28 years later are you trying to simply be a business analyst? I don't think this is strong progression.
