- How much does Razume cost?
- Razume is 100% free for job seekers. Razume will soon offer premium subscription
services for university career centers, employers and professional recruiters.
- I don't know what type of job or career I am interested in. Can I still use Razume?
- Absolutely! Razume is a great way to research and gain valuable feedback about potential career
options. Make sure to sign up and provide information about your professional interests.

useful for giving you an impression of your potential earning power.
- My resume is already amazing. Why should I post it on Razume?
- Are you really sure your resume is that good? Razume is a great way to "market test" your resume and find
out how recruiters, experts, peers and other members of the professional community view your resume. Chances are
your resume isn't quite as awesome as you think. But don't be discouraged – that's what we're here for.
- Why do I have to block my contact information when posting my resume?
- At Razume, we take privacy very seriously. To ensure the general public cannot obtain access to your
personal information, we require all users to block their name and contact information. In addition, we believe
that an anonymous approach to posting your resume is the best way to get objective feedback. For more details
on privacy, please visit our Privacy Policy.
- In addition to my contact information, can I block out other text on my resume?
- Yes, you are given the opportunity to block out any part of your resume you want immediately after
uploading or building your resume. We only require your to block your contact information, but you may
choose to block out any company and/or real names that appear on your resume as well.
- Can I post my cover letter and other documents on Razume?
- Absolutely! Feel free to post any documents related to the job application process. Please make
sure to block your contact information on any document you upload. We will be enhancing support for
non-resume documents soon.
- Can I post more than one resume?
- Yes. We strongly encourage you to create a targeted, customized resume for each field or position
you are interested in pursuing. Since it's free to post on Razume, there is no reason not to post
multiple targeted resumes!
- Can I post multiple drafts of the same resume?
- Yes. As your resume is reviewed, you will inevitably change things around to make it even better.
Upload new drafts by selecting the "add draft" button for uploaded resumes or the "revise" button for
resumes build on Razume. New drafts show the community your progress and allow you to get more feedback.
Most successful job seekers will go through at least three drafts before settling on their winning resume.
- Who should I ask to review my resume?
- On Razume, you can ask anyone to review your resume simply by sending them an email using Razume's
"send to a friend" form. You should ask anyone who can add value to your resume to review it for you.
In addition to your friends and family, we suggest reaching out to knowledgeable peers, mentors, coworkers,
recruiters, employers, career consultants, and industry professionals. We will also allow you to request
reviews from experienced members in the Razume community.
- What is a Resume Expert?
- A Resume Expert is a respected member of the Razume community who receives special privileges. A
Resume Expert's ratings and opinions hold more weight in determining the rank of a resume then the average rater. (coming soon!)
- Someone left an arbitrary, hateful, unproductive comment on my resume. What can I do?
- Click the "Inappropriate" flag next to that particular comment and it will be reviewed and discarded to
leave room for more useful comments. (coming soon!)
- How is Razume pronounced and what does it mean?
- Razume is pronounced raz-oo-may. In Serbian, Razume means "they understand." You think you have a better
definition then the Serbs? Let us know! Email us your definitions to define(at)razume.com.
- What are Razume's plans for the future?
- We are pretty ambitious here at Razume. In addition to the functionality we currently have on the site,
we plan to add a significant number of features over the next year. Most of these features will focus on
providing personalized content and career guidance to our users. If you have a suggestion for a new feature
